Graduate Leadership is a continuing education program in Leadership and Ballroom Dance offered to graduates of the National League of Junior Cotillions by the Coventry Payne Foundation, Inc. This program is offered in partnership with the local chapter of USA Dance, Inc. Members of the Graduate Leadership Team (GLT) receive advanced ballroom dance training under the guidance of a professional ballroom dance instructor and choreographer., earn community service hours,  and practice valuable leadership skills by working as Cotillion's Graduate Assistants.  Graduate Assistant mentor younger Cotillion students and assist with event management and operations. Recognized as USA Dance Youth Medalists, GLT are also given the opportunity to represent Cotillion and the local chapter of USA Dance at local festivals and events.
